Located in Cassaigne, a small town in the Midi-Pyrénées region, Domaine d`Aurensan is a family-run Armagnac producer with roots in the 19th century. The 7-hectare estate is currently run by Bernard Rozès and his two daughters, Sophie and Caroline who are involved in all aspects of the production. This single-vintage expression was distilled almost a quarter of a century ago in 1998 and displays a robust structure, with notes of cinnamon, liquorice and a touch of black pepper.
