Domaine d’Aurensan is a boutique producer based in the Armagnac Tenarèze sub-appellation, which owns an organically farmed estate. The Ténarèze has always had a reputation for producing rich and powerful eaux-de-vie and this 1973 vintage Armagnac is a very good example, expressing itself perfectly on these registers, while preserving freshness and elegance.
