Based in Banchory, Aberdeenshire, Dark Matter was launched in 2015 as the only rum distillery in Scotland. Their Spiced Rum follows a recipe of exotic ingredients, including Oriental ginger, Indonesian long pepper, allspice berries and Thai green peppercorns, all of which are infused with their own distilled rum. Punchy and mellow in equal measures.
