This exquisite single malt whisky is crafted from meticulously grown publican barley, cultivated on the family farm in August 2009. After malting and careful storage, it was distilled in November and December of the subsequent year, then entrusted to 25 first-fill ex-bourbon casks. Maturing in a traditional dunnage warehouse, it reached its full potential by 2023, yielding a limited release of 6550 bottles at 46% ABV. Expect layers of luscious orchard fruit, wood spice, and a decadent crème brûlée complemented by a delicate dusting of cinnamon and nutmeg.
