The perfect introduction to Franciacorta and the Ca’ del Bosco style. A blend of 75% Chardonnay, 15% Pinot Nero and 10% Pinot Bianco, this is classic, supremely fresh and delicate. Exceptional fruit quality and meticulous production techniques ensure a refined, complex and hedonistic fizz perfect for any occasion.
- Medium-dark straw-yellow. Sweet spices, baked apple and poached pear on the rich nose. Then creamy and ripe, with soft peach and citrus flavors that last and last. Not as fresh as the Cuvée Parestige disgorged in autumn, but a lovely sparkler nonetheless. Disgorged in winter 2017/2018, this is a 75% Chardonnay, 15% Pinot Nero and 15% Pinot Bianco blend made with grapes picked in a rather hard-to-fathom 134 different vineyards! Spent 28 months on the lees.
