Domaine de Thalabert, property of Paul Jaboulet Aîné since 1834, is the oldest vineyard in the appellation. Produced from 100% Syrah, from vines aged 40-60 years old. The 2019 shows floral, peppery and herbal character, together with lovely dark fruit notes, beautifully balanced by refreshing acidity and elegant tannins. Here in marvellous 300cl format.
