Crawford River Wines was established in 1975 in the Henty sub-region of southwestern Victoria which is renowned for a cooler maritime climate ideal for crisp, aromatic whites made from Riesling, Pinot Gris and Chardonnay. The ‘Young Vines’ Riesling is produced from a block planted in 2000 that shows a significant stylistic difference to the original block from 1975. This is a beautifully fresh and vibrant wine, with lightly chalky texture and a brilliantly lengthy, cleansing finish.
