An Australian take on the white Fiano variety. Hailing from the Clare Valley, this elegant white is produced from a single vineyard, with grapes picked in two batches and treated slightly differently. the first fermented on the skins and the second picked slightly later and pressed prior to fermentation. Sweet stone and orchard fruit character with marvellous textural feel on the palate derived from the contact with the grape skins.
