Covenant Cabernet Sauvignon 2021 is a full-bodied kosher red wine from Berkeley, California. Produced from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes grown in Mount Veeder and Oakville sub-regions of Napa. The grapes are not crushed, but are allowed to gently release their juice whilst they ferment. Only the free-run wine is used. Fine-tuned tannins create a silky smooth framework for the layers of cassis, blackberry, black cherry, thyme, sage, and subtle spice, concluding on a long finish.
