Inopia Côtes du Rhône Blanc is a white wine produced by Rotem and Mounir Saouma, the couple behind the Burgundy négociant business Lucien Le Moine. The Inopia label is part of their Rhône Valley project, which focuses on producing high-quality wines from different appellations within the region. Inopia Blanc is typically a blend of Grenache Blanc, Roussanne, Marsanne, Viognier, and Clairette. The wine tends to be aged in a combination of stainless-steel tanks and oak barrels, which adds complexity and texture without overwhelming the fruit.
