Les Renardes is a vineyard within the commune of Aloxe-Corton in the Côte de Beaune. Domaine Leroy’s 2001 Corton-Renardes reveals a subtle and yet still exotic nose, with cherries, brown sugar, rose petals, cranberries, sandalwood and spices. Velvety on the palate, displaying rich fruit flavours, spices and earthy tones. The wine has a bright acidity, smooth tannins and gorgeous balance.
