Cuvée Saparale Blanc from Philippe Farinelli’s Domaine Saparale, is an expression of Vermentino from AOC Sartène on the island of Corsica. Vibrant and fresh, it exudes scents of pear, peach, zesty citrus and white flower blossom. On the palate it is dry but lightly textural, with a fruit-driven core, bright acidity and delicate mineral undercurrent. Pair with fresh seafood and shellfish.
