Consolation Wild Boar Syrah" is a wine produced by Consolation Wines, the collaboration between UK wine merchant Simon Coulshaw and winemaker Philippe Gard of Domaine Gardies in the Roussillon region. As the name suggests, this wine is made from 100% Syrah grapes and features a wild boar on its label. ‘Wild Boar’ is known for its rich, dark fruit flavours, such as blackberry and blackcurrant, along with notes of pepper, spices and a hint of smokiness. The wine has a full-bodied structure with velvety tannins and a long, satisfying finish.
