Colomé Autentico Malbec 2023 is a single-vineyard wine crafted from grapes sourced from the historic Bodega Colomé, established in 1831 and one of the oldest wineries in Argentina. The 2023 vintage is grown at an altitude of 2,300 metres, where the intense UV light influences the character of the grapes. This Malbec is fermented entirely in stainless steel, ensuring a clean expression without oak influence, and aged for 10 months before bottling. The wine exhibits a dark colour with elements of plum and subtle spice, leading to a palate marked by firm tannins and balanced acidity.
