Part of the Denis Dubordieu portfolio of estates, Clos Floridène is a 40-hectare property situated in the Graves appellation on the limestone plateau of Pujols sur Ciron, near Barsac. The 2014 Blanc is a crisp, mineral and refreshing wine composed of 55% Sauvignon Blanc and 45% Semillon, fermented and matured in oak barriques. Now in the heart of its drinking window, this is a classic and delicious Bordeaux Blanc that would pair beautifully with richer white fish dishes.
