Located on the highest part of the Pomerol plateau, Château Clinet is currently owned by the Laborde family. This is the 2019 vintage of its flagship wine, a blend of 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, aged for 18 months in oak barrels, 75% new. Expect a full-bodied wine, with ripe tannins and notes of plums, cherries, violets and liquorice. Available here in half-bottles.
