Château Clinet is a prestigious wine estate situated within the Pomerol appellation. The property has a long history dating back to the 16th century and is currently managed by Ronan Laborde and Monique Bailly. The wines of Château Clinet are predominantly made from Merlot, with smaller percentages of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. This is their Grand Vin from the 2009 vintage, a standout year for Bordeaux. Characterized by hot, dry weather and cool nights, it provided the ideal conditions for excellent aromatic development.
