Its wine portfolio features varietal expressions, including Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah, Grenache, and Mourvèdre. These wines are categorized akin to the cru system, reflecting Roman Bratasiuk`s admiration for the French wine tradition. The 2002 Brookman Syrah has now reached an ideal level of maturity, characterized by fully resolved tannins and an array of flavours, including blueberries, cedar, and almonds.
