Based in the heart of Pays d`Auge, Christian Drouin is one of the finest producers of Calvados. The domaine was founded by Christian Drouin, who in 1960 bought the Fiefs of Sainte-Anne in Lower Normandy. This expression was distilled under Appellation Calvados Pays D’Auge Contrôlée, meaning the ciders may contain a maximum of 30% perry pears, and pot still distillation is mandatory. Released independently by That Boutique-y Whisky Company as part of their 10th anniversary celebrations.
