Drouin`s Experimental range offers a diversity of unusual drops for spirit enthusiasts in search of new flavour experiences. For Drouin`s Experimental Caroni Angels, 17-year-old Pays d`Auge Calvados was matured in fine French oak and finished in casks previously used to mature rum from Trinidad`s revered Caroni distillery. Fruity and aromatic with a perfect balance of spiced apple, dried apricot, toffee and oak spice, along with a subtle hint of petrol.
