Formulated using a mash bill consisting of 90% rye and 10% malted barley, the Chicken Cock Cotton Club Rye has matured for a complete two decades in a previously used bourbon cask. The nose presents sweet candy with fresh grass and a subtle earthiness, followed by notes of citrus peel, spice, and white pepper. The palate delivers a blend of vanilla, spice, and sweet molasses, enhanced by gentle undertones of pepper, citrus, and toasted oak.
