Azienda Agricola is an organic and biodynamic winery and the Gigliolo-Rinaldi family`s vinous roots date back to 1770. Pursuing low intervention methods alongside a slow and patient ageing method, these wines are quintessentially traditional. Each vintage is aged differently, whether that`s in stainless steel, concrete or large botti, but never in barriques. This Riserva has spent five years in cement and a further five in large chestnut barrels – 37hl and 20hl – and was bottled in 2017.
