Located in the Ventoux region of the Southern Rhône, Chêne Bleu is a family-owned, single estate that produces meticulously handcrafted wines from the highest vineyard in the region. Named after the French scholar and abbess Héloïse d’Argenteuil, this fine Syrah blends beautifully with the highly perfumed old-vine Grenache, and also blossoms with the floral notes of high-altitude white grape varieties, like Viognier or Roussanne. The wine is biodynamic and has the ageing potential of 25-30 years.
