Clos St-Jean Sanctus Sanctorum is a Châteauneuf-du-Pape red wine that is only made in exceptional southern Rhône vintages. It is made from fruit from the oldest vines of Grenache in the elevated plateau of La Crau. It is aged entirely in demi-muid and bottled in magnum.
