Elisabeth Chambellan` is the flagship cuvée from Domaine du Père Caboche and it hails from a parcel of 100-year-old vines grown on a plateau called ‘La Crau’. The 2018 vintage is a blend of 88% Grenache, 10% Syrah and 2% Mourvèdre and it has a classic bouquet of orange blossom, dried flowers and spices as well as a great core of red and black fruits. Medium to full-bodied, the wine shows a magnificent balance, plenty of mid-palate depth and an outstanding finish.
