Château Changyu is a pioneering Chinese winery in Ningxia Province and, since 2016, has been producing wines in collaboration with Lenz M. Moser, a winemaker with some 30 years’ experience in his home country of Austria. XV Grand Vin is the flagship wine and is made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from the Helan Mountain range and is aged in French barriques for 24 months. It is opulent and powerful, with excellent balance of rich fruit, smooth tannins and acidity.
