Minervois is an appellation in the Languedoc region of southwest France and is renowned for its characterful and full-bodied red wines made from Grenache, Syrah and Carignan. A blend of all three varieties, Cuvée Olric from Château de Cesseras is a bold and juicy wine jam packed with spice-dusted plums, blackberries, liquorice and wild herb notes. With good acidity and silky tannins, this makes a great wine to accompany barbecued meats and vegetables.
