Since 1989 the Domaine has been managed by Jean-Noël’s daughter, Caroline Lestimé, who converted the vineyards into organic viticulture. This release hails from ‘Les Caillerets’, a Premier Cru in Chassagne-Montrachet where Gagnard owns a 1.06-hectare plot. The wines from this appellation re typically rich, with complexity, minerality and the ability to age.
