Domaine Lamy-Caillat Chassagne-Montrachet 2018 is a full-bodied Burgundy white wine from the Chassagne-Montrachet commune of the Côte de Beaune. Lamy-Caillat is the small domaine of Sébastien Caillat, through which the winemaker aims to produce tradition-style Burgundy wines using organically farmed grapes. "Tasted from bottle, the 2018 Chassagne-Montrachet Village unwinds in the glass with aromas of citrus oil, fresh pastry, white flowers and green apple, complemented by a hint of youthful struck match.
