Christophe Perrot-Minot’s wonderful Charmes-Chambertin Grand Cru comes from a tiny 0.8ha plot of 50-year-old vines planted on very thin, stony soils and is renowned for its beautiful perfume and captivating mineral tension. 2016 was an excellent vintage despite its initial challenges and this should drink perfectly from 2021 and over the next 10-20 years.
