Domaine Ghislaine Barthod Chambolle-Musigny 2016 is a medium-bodied Burgundy red wine from the Chambolle-Musigny commune of the Côte de Nuits. A prominent producer in Chambolle-Musigny, Ghislaine Barthod is known for making opulent red wines that are designed to age. The domaine is currently made up of approximately six hectares of vineyard, over half of it is split between eight well-sited plots in Chambolle-Musigny Premier Crus. "Medium dense purple, fine pure Chambolle fruit, lovely weight on the palate, dark fruit but not over ripe, crunchy finish, excellent length.
