Originally founded in 1858, Domaine Arnoux-Lachaux is one of the finest red wine producers in Vosne-Romanée. The domaine has currently 14.5 hectares of parcels in four grand cru, five premier cru and five village appellations. This release is the 2009 vintage of their entry-level Chambolle-Musigny. The nose is bright and fruity, giving notes of raspberry and liquorice. On the palate, the wine is dense and fresh, with a mineral backbone.
