The Defaix domaine is one of the oldest in Chablis and can be traced back to the 13th century. This release is an old vine cuvée from the 2018 vintage. Defaix wines have a depth and richness achieved through extended lees ageing which can make them taste as if they are oaked. Expect a long, intense and truly complex Chablis.
