This is the flagship Chablis from Domaine D`Henri. A fruity, elegant, mineral, and precise expression, with a potential ageing of 5 to 10 years. Fermented in stainless-steel tanks (65%), sandstone amphorae (20%), and oak barrels (15%), hand-harvested with grape selection, fermentation with indigenous yeasts on fine lees for 15 to 18 months. Organic certified.
