Originally from Canada, Patrick Piuze founded his eponymous wine label in 2008, after various stints at Olivier Leflaive, Maison Verget and Jean-Marc Brocard. Working primarily as a négociant, Patrick doesn’t own any vineyards and all the grapes are sourced from trustworthy growers, many of them are grown on very old vines. This recent release hails from Les Roncières, one of the eight climats within the Vaillons Premier Cru.
