Originally from Canada, Patrick Piuze is a highly regarded négociant who became synonymous with terroir-driven Chablis. Patrick started his winemaking career working for established producers such as Olivier Leflaive, Jean-Marc Brocard and Maison Verget, until eventually launching his own label in 2008. He mainly purchases grapes from trusted growers and provides a diverse portfolio of village-specific wines. This release hails from ‘Les Clos’, arguably the best Grand Cru in Chablis. Despite a difficult growing season, Chablis 2021 provided classically style wines which will reward careful cellaring.
