Domaine William Fèvre Chablis Bougros Côte Bouguerots 2022 is a full-bodied white wine produced from Chardonnay grapes from the Grand Cru climat of Bougros in the Chablis region of France. Established in 1959, William Fèvre boasts vineyard holdings in six out of the seven Grand Cru appellations of Chablis. Committed to limiting yields, the estate has embraced organic cultivation methods since 2000. This particular release comes from Côte Bouguerots, a lieu-dit within the Grand Cru Bougros. Expect aromas of citrus, peach skin, honeysuckle and oyster shell, followed by an impeccably well-balanced and mineral-driven palate with an energetic seam of acidity.
