Val Vilaine is made from 100% Pinot Noir from just 1.45ha of 35 year-old vines. It is laden with wonderful notes of red berry and plum fruit, with subtle floral lift and cool minerality. Medium- to full-bodied, it has a generous but gentle mousse, underpinned by racy acids and an excellent core of intensely ripe and vibrant fruit.
