Owner Cédric Bouchard has been crafting Roses de Jeanne Champagne since 2000, focusing on single vineyards, grape varieties, and vintages, departing from the traditional champagne blending practice. `Inflorescence` is a 100% Pinot Noir sourced from 35-year-old vines in the Val Vilaine vineyard in the Aube region. It offers enticing aromas of lemon curd with a subtle cider hint. The palate is beautifully expansive, showcasing ripe apple and custard notes, leading to a remarkably long finish.
