Cazcabel Reposado Tequila is crafted in a small, independent micro distillery situated in the elevated town of Arandas within the Jalisco mountains of Mexico. The tequila undergoes a meticulous hand-finishing process, sampled weekly during its minimum 9-month maturation in American oak barrels, with ageing potentially extending up to 11 months based on desired taste. This unique approach harmonizes the pristine, earthy essence of double-distilled Cazcabel Blanco with nuanced, toasted oak aromas.
