Produced from five plots of the same wider single vineyard, blending 45 to 70 year old vines. Mencia based with up to 20% of other varieties such as Alicante Bouschet and Bastardo, together with some local white grape varieties. Crisp and juicy red fruit with a blackberry perfume, mingled with crisp, stony minerality. Fermented with 100% whole bunches and aged in neutral 500L barrels. The 2018 is a fine, mouthwatering, light-styled red, perfect for everyday drinking.
