Cardinale Cabernet Sauvignon 1999 is a mature-vintage, full-bodied red wine from the Napa Valley of California. Cardinale’s mission is to produce a singular Cabernet Sauvignon from the highest quality Napa Valley vineyards. The impressive 1999 is a blend of 75% Cabernet Sauvignon and 25% Merlot. "The terrific 1999 possesses a murky purple colour as well as a sweet nose of vanilla, Asian spices, liquorice, and blackberry/currant fruit. The wine is full-bodied, dense, and chewy, with moderately high tannin. This large-scaled, pure red will handsomely repay cellaring." Wine Advocate, 2002
