Capovilla Grappa di Brunello di Montalcino

Based in the city of Vicenza, Capovilla is one of Italy`s best producers of grappa and eaux de vie, which are known for their full-bodied, rich style. They pride themselves on a careful selection of raw materials – from their origin to processing – and all of their spirits are bottled and labelled by hand. This particular expression of grappa is made from the pomace of Sangiovese grapes which are used in the popular red wine from Tuscany. Expect notes of stewed berries, roasted nuts and hints of black pepper.
