Founded by Javier Zaccagnini and Ismael Gonzalo, Ossian Vides y Vinos is a winery dedicated to the preservation of the Verdejo grape variety, grown in some unique pre-phylloxera vineyards. They cultivate a small 9-hectare estate which has been organic certified since 2001. The 2015 vintage is a fresh, concentrated release, combining white fruits and balsamic notes.
