Canerock Spiced Rum is an aged spiced rum produced by the Cognac-based spirit brand Maison Ferrand. Crafted from a base of high-ester Jamaican rums, Canerock Spiced Rum is infused with sweet spices such as Madagascan vanilla, Jamaican ginger and coconut. Further complexity is achieved through partial ageing in Pedro Ximenez Sherry. Deliciously satisfying when sipped neat over ice, but also an excellent choice to add sophistication to rum-based cocktails.
