They are dedicated to producing high-quality, estate-grown Cabernet Sauvignon while also being environmentally responsible. The winery is LEED [Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design] Gold certified, which means they employ sustainable practices throughout their operations. The Cade Estate Cabernet Sauvignon 2017 showcases a deep, dark colour and offers aromas of black fruits like blackcurrant and black cherry, along with notes of graphite, cedar and a hint of mountain sage. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied with structured tannins, well-integrated oak, and a long, lingering finish.
