Triple distilled in 2000, this limited-edition Irish Single Malt Whiskey was filled into rare first-fill Ruby Port casks, where it matured for 20 years. Bottled at cask strength and released in 2021, the fortified wine barrels have imparted notes of wild strawberries, raspberries, homemade jam, plums, toffee, caramel, pink grapefruit and sweet chilli, not to mention that stunning red-gold colour.
