This superb 21-year-old Irish whiskey is matured in both former bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks, before being married together for 2 final years in Madeira casks. On the nose, expect aromas of rich toffee, honey, spice and dark mocha. The palate opens to notes of pecans, dates, grapes and mango. The finish has a minty aftertaste.
