Founded by former ballerina Allison Parc, Brenne is a wonderful addition to the ever-expanding whisky region in France. The spirit is crafted at a third-generation farm distillery located in Cognac, which has been producing eau-de-vie since the 1920s. This Cuvée Spéciale has a lovely nose of vanilla, pear drops and dried mango. On the palate, expect more vanilla, complemented by hints of cinnamon, chocolate raisins and tropical fruits.
