De Moor Le Vendangeur Masqué Bourgogne Blanc 2022 is a medium-bodied white wine produced from Chardonnay grapes in the Chablis region of northern Burgundy. Based in the commune of Courgis, Alice and Olivier de Moor have distinguished themselves as the radical side of Chablis, embracing minimal-intervention winemaking and biodynamic viticulture, alongside unorthodox bottlings and creative labels. Their wines are among the most sought-after natural wines in the Chablis region. The Vendangeur Masqué cuvée is produced using different plots of grapes each year. The wine is aged on its lees without bâtonnage in used foudre casks. Minimal sulphur is used and the wine is bottled unfined and unfiltered. Chiselled with fresh citrus acidity, vibrant apple and lemon fruit and a flinty minerality on the finish.
